My job as a massage therapist is to ease building tensions and break up adhesions in muscles so that the body can get back to a state that is free from injury and pain as quickly as possible. 

I became a licensed massage therapist in January 2023 to relieve people from their muscle tension pain. I was in a car accident when I was 15, and massage therapy is what brought me relief from my hypertonic muscles. 

My hobbies are reading, gardening, and swimming. I am married to my amazing husband, Jim. We have twin angel baby boys. We live on a beautiful farm in Big Valley where I run my massage business out of our home.
